Offer terms
These terms describe the first BrandMyArm offering. Bidding remains closed while required offer details are unconfirmed.
One owner, one arm
This is a direct offer from the arm owner. There are no third-party sellers or marketplace fees. The displayed drawing is an illustrative placement map; it is not photographic proof.
Temporary and permanent
Temporary placement duration: 365 days from application. Proof deadline: 30 days after closing. Permanent work requires a separate written artwork and fulfilment agreement and is not purchasable through the temporary auction.
Paid bids, including losing bids
Each bid transfers its full amount in USDC on Base immediately. A first bid must meet the spot’s floor; subsequent bids must be at least 1 USDC higher. Every payment is final and non-refundable if outbid, overtaken during confirmation, or submitted too late. Only the final leading qualifying bid receives the placement. Network fees are separate. There is no escrow, deposit, or automatic refund.
Closing and verification
Deadline: 2026-09-30T23:59:59+05:30. Transfers must confirm on Base before closing and be registered with a signed authorization from the sending wallet. A transfer may be used once only. Retrying verification does not make another payment. The board may update after network or verification delays.
Artwork and fulfilment
Supply artwork you own or are authorized to use and an email where the owner can reach you. Unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing artwork is not accepted. If artwork needs clarification, contact the owner before bidding. The owner applies the winning temporary artwork, maintains it for the agreed period, and posts proof. Physical placements do not guarantee impressions, engagement, sales, or endorsement.
Issues with delivery
Report fulfilment problems directly to the owner with your transaction hash. Non-refundable bidding is not a waiver of mandatory rights or the owner’s responsibility to deliver the agreed offer. The website cannot reverse a blockchain transaction.
